A perfect collision case study: King industrial fans and Spanish music festivals
Client Background:
The Valencia Bonfire Music Festival ( Hogueras Music Festival ) is one of Europe's most historic open-air music festivals, boasting a century of cultural heritage. The event 13,560 ㎡ core revelry area is built with bonfire installations, attracting music fans from around the globe. The organizers have strict requirements for equipment safety, immersive experience, and environmental standards. There is an urgent need to address the problems of heavy smoke, high temperatures, and lack of oxygen for the crowds while preserving the traditional bonfire ceremony and safeguarding the international reputation of this cultural symbol.
Client Challenges:
Smoke-filled atmosphere, poor experience: Large bonfires burning simultaneously produce massive amounts of smoke and heat. Traditional ventilation is insufficient, making it difficult for the smoke to dissipate quickly. This severely impairs visibility, the smell is pungent, and greatly reduces the on-site experience and safety for tens of thousands of participants.
High-density crowds, insufficient oxygen: The music festival attracts a large number of people gathering densely. Body heat combined with the high temperature from the bonfires makes some areas extremely stuffy and oxygen consumption increases dramatically. The existing ventilation system cannot meet the continuous and uniform supply of fresh air required by the high-density crowd in such a large space.
Impact on event experience: Conventional fans have limited coverage and installation is restricted (e.g., obstructing views, occupying space), and they are noisy, interfering with the performance sound and disrupting the immersive atmosphere.
Solution Efficacy:
Disperse smoke instantly, enhancing visibility and safety:
Three-dimensional airflow coverage, 3.6 meter super-large fan blades stir the air to create a strong convection current, drawing up and dissipating the bonfire smoke, improving stage visibility 90% , and simultaneously exhausting high temperatures and dust: The audience will no longer cough or have watery eyes, and fire hazards are significantly reduced.
Simulate natural wind system, improve stuffiness and lack of oxygen:
8900m ³ /min Natural air volume, continuously supplying fresh air to high-density crowd areas, directly reducing the perceived temperature by 5-8 ℃
Ground level to 3 meters high uniform oxygen supply, increasing oxygen levels at human height 35% , eliminating dizziness and chest tightness
Invisible and quiet operation, immersive experience:
Overhead installation, zero footprint, zero obstruction, fully open stage view. 39dB(A) Library-level quiet operation, the running sound blends into the ambient music, like a natural mountain breeze.
