Leveraging the fan’s high air volume circulation advantage, operating at low speed accelerates air flow and, when used in conjunction with a dehumidifier, keeps humidity levels between 50% and 60%, thereby preventing goods from becoming damp. In practice, the optimal humidity range may vary slightly depending on the specific items being stored.

1. Operate by time slots

① Peak Coordination: The fan runs for 30 minutes every hour, and the dehumidifier automatically turns on and off.

② Night shift: Turn off the dehumidifier and run the fan for 10 minutes every 2 hours to save 50% on electricity costs.

2. Scene adaptation adjustment

① Dense shelving area: The fans are positioned at a 30° angle to the aisles.

② High-capacity warehouse: Top-mounted fans arranged in a staggered pattern relative to the floor dehumidifiers.

③ Small-area storage: Place small fans and dehumidifiers 5 meters apart and run them continuously at low speed.

Industrial fan protection:

Aluminum alloy fan blades are preferred to resist moisture and corrosion; the motor must meet IP65 protection rating to prevent moisture-induced short circuits in the wiring.

Moisture-proofing precautions:

The bottom shelf is equipped with metal and silica gel desiccants.

The electronic components must be stacked with a minimum clearance of 10 cm, and they must not come into direct contact with the ground.

Misconception: High-speed operation.

Correction: During winter, operate at low or medium-low speeds, focusing on circulating air without direct blowing, thus avoiding reduced efficiency.

Misconception: 24-hour coordinated response.

Correction: Turn off the dehumidifier at night and run the fan intermittently—this controls humidity while saving energy.

Misconception: The fan and the dehumidifier are placed directly opposite each other.

Correction: Placed in a staggered arrangement to create circulating airflow, enhancing the effect.
